This dinner will highlight Piemonte and the harmony of food & wine traditional to the region. A unique region within Italy where agriculture and the production of wine is a part of the cultural lifestyle. Traditions of food are rooted in that of the farm laborers, food that is rustic & simple yet is full of flavor and history. Food and wine are inseparable when you’re talking about Piemonte. Piemonte is the most highly represented region in Terzo's wine cellar - and for good reason! It's where Barolo & Barbaresco are produced. These wines have been then backbone of Terzo's wine program since Charlie Broder started building it back in 2013 and continue to set us apart. We are excited to share the wonders of a region that continues to inspire us in food & wine!
